I've using the elliptical machine for 3 days now, I've never exercised before in my life so right now I can only go like 5 minutes before getting tired. I slow down like 1 minute and start going again but I find it much easier to do it without having to hold the two sticks on the side that move back and forth. Instead I use the handles in the front. Am I burning less calories this way or something?
I am trying to slim down my thighs and butt, but which will work better, Treadmills or Ellipticals? Also how long should I use them for? everyday? or a couple times a week?
I am trying to stay fit and I find it so much easier having a treadmill or elliptical home vs running around the block. To me it is so much easier, and I dont have to worry what im wearing or being embarrassed sweating alot. I dont have to sweat running in 100 degree weather. So I convinced my mom to get me a treadmill but her price range is $400 max.. Ive found tons of great deals on treadmills and now im wondering Which is better, a treadmill or an elliptical. What is the difference?
I want to look good in a swimsuit by summer! all I'm really worried about are my legs and Butt. I Just Had a baby 8 months ago and I'm down to 130pounds I dont want to lose anymore weigth I just want to tone and lose a tiny bit of flab below my butt!! Let me know how you like your ellipticals!
